Community Partnerships

Generation Innovation encourages you to get involved with our programs through your time and talent. We see all industry leaders and professionals as true partners in our community. Furthermore, the Center for Partnerships provides opportunities for you to educate youth in business takeovers, host a field trip, or hire an intern! Most importantly, we’re open to innovative opportunities for partnerships if you have ones we have not thought of yet. Nonetheless, we need your help to grow—find out how you can support our efforts!

Community Partnerships - Business Takeover

Business Takeover — Real-world business experiences.

We encourage you to host young entrepreneurs and innovators at your business. Furthermore, there are two types of Business Takeovers you can engage. Firstly, train a group of high school youth in your business operations, and let them operate some functions of your business to gain real-world experience. Secondly, provide the business takeover during off-hours, the profit made during the business takeover will be used as a fundraiser and donated to support programs at their school.

Host a Field Trip — Create immersive experiences.

We encourage you to host young entrepreneurs and innovators at your business. Furthermore, field trips are a great way to give students exposure to your industry and business during a 3 to 4-hour timeframe. Also, our team will help you plan the day and coordinate the visit. You aren’t alone in this, we’re here to help make the day a success and engaging for the youth.

Hire An Intern

Hire An Intern — Provide innovative career exposure

Hiring an intern is an important process to help decrease the workload of your team. Also, since they have fresh eyes, high school students ask questions that you and your team may not have thought about. Lastly, they can help you tap into new audiences and markets for your business. Nonetheless, see the Generation Innovation‘s internship process and requirements by clicking below.
