Nonprofit Organizations

Starting a business is a proven way to break the poverty cycle. Also, entrepreneurship creates jobs that create value within your local community. Furthermore, entrepreneurship is saying “I’m taking control of my life.” However, supporting your entrepreneurial and innovative youth may take additional outside resources. Our team is here to support you through your membership to achieve that goal.
.

Firstly, your youth will experience real-world entrepreneurship through a variety of programs. Also, your youth will take on a leadership role to address real-world issues through social innovation. Lastly, your youth will be able to find innovative ways to develop for their future careers. However, life is about more than conducting business. Thus, we provide fun and engaging activities for your youth to build skills and network with others!

Entrepreneurship connects communities, strengthens the economy, attracts visitors, and promotes a happy and healthy lifestyle.

What does it mean to be a nonprofit member

What does it mean to be a nonprofit member?

As a member, you join a community of passionate leaders. Furthermore, you provide a safe space for your youth to try innovative and entrepreneurial endeavors without the fear of failure. Our community and leadership are here to support you in helping your youth take control of their future. Nonetheless, members participate in conferences, social outings, internships, and more!

Do we need to be a college or career nonprofit to participate?

No, the best part of our membership is your participation is open regardless of the type of nonprofit. As long as you serve youth between the ages of 13 to 24 then you can apply for membership. Furthermore, we believe entrepreneurial and innovation activities are a great complement to non-college and career nonprofits. Thus, you can apply as long as your nonprofit is in one of our active states. However, the experience an institution with a college or career program has versus one that doesn’t will be different. Nonetheless, it doesn’t change the outcomes and resources you will have access to.

Is there a limitation on how many of our locations we can have participate?

The short answer is no! Right now we accept group applications from both single site nonprofits and multi-site nonprofits. However, to apply you need at least 1 adult site coordinator and 10 interested youth. If you have more than one site with multiple students interested we recommend having a site coordinator per site. Nonetheless, we recommend contacting us for support if you would like guidance on how to approach your application.
